During my mother’s short visit at Northbrook she was well taken care of. They treated her with the same love and care that I would give her. The staff were friendly. The nurses were on top of everything in regards to her condition and quick to act when there were changes. I will never forget the love and care she received at Northbrooke.
My great grandmother has stayed there 3 times (first time age 88 rehab after a fall and broken hip). She is now able to walk (age 91) and doing well. Without the care received at Northbrooke, she would not be where she is today.
I absolutely love this place! They treated mother like family. She was so happy here. The staff is so compassionate and the building is so clean. Her food was fantastic and she loved going to the dining room She loved sitting on the front porch with other residents and visitors. I could not have found a better place for Mom.
